As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for consulting with clients on eDiscovery/eDisclosure focused solutions, leveraging your expertise in forensics, ESI collection, processing, and hosting operations, technology-assisted review, and document review services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide sales support and present solution offerings to prospective clients
  2. Solicit clients' business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, and effectively demonstrate solutions that address these requirements
  3. Contribute to achieving area revenue targets by assisting in response preparation to RFI/RFPs, performing software demonstrations, and other business development activities
  4. Prepare cost estimates by analyzing client needs and provided assumptions
  5. Coordinate project communication with various stakeholders, including sales, service delivery, and clients, to ensure successful project start-up and that client requirements are fulfilled
  6. Conduct internal sales training on Epiq solution offerings
  7. Assist with local marketing initiatives that contribute to Epiq branding and generation of qualified leads
  8. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, cultivating personal business networks, and participating in professional societies
  9. Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 50%

Requirements:

  1. College degree or equivalent is required
  2. In-depth knowledge of litigation support applications, including Relativity, Nuix, and Brainspace
  3. Familiarity with GDPR
  4. Minimum of 5 years of industry-specific experience
  5. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Excellent presentation skills and customer service orientation
  9. Excellent client consultative skills that foster credible client relationships at mid-senior levels of law firms and corporate legal departments
  10. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to be a team player are essential
  11. Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus, with German and/or French language fluency highly valued
