Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our Front of House team at Burleigh Court Hotel. As a Food and Beverage Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests in the restaurant, serving at functions, and looking after our conference guests throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests in the restaurant and at functions
  • Serve food and beverages to our guests
  • Look after our conference guests throughout the day
  • Work well as part of a team to exceed our guests' expectations

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable personality. Previous experience as a restaurant, catering, or conference assistant would be beneficial, but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
