Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Assistant - Burleigh Court

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Front of House team at Burleigh Court Hotel. As a Food and Beverage Service Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests in the restaurant and at functions
  • Assist with serving, clearing away, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
  • Support the conference team in delivering a seamless experience for delegates
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent service standards

Requirements:

Previous experience as a restaurant, catering, or conference assistant would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
