Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor - Burleigh Court

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Supervisor at Burleigh Court Hotel and Conference Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising all food and beverage operations, driving and coordinating daily business operational standards to ensure consistent customer service excellence with a strong focus on beverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage operations, including bar service
  • Lead from the front, motivating and training staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Drive and coordinate daily business operational standards to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Support continuous improvement and embed it into the day-to-day running of the department
  • Deliver a high-quality and memorable food and beverage service
