We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a motivated Line Cook Supervisor to become part of our vibrant culinary team at the Premier Athletic Centre & Accommodation.
This position is ideal for individuals who excel in a high-energy setting and take pleasure in facilitating the smooth and effective daily operations of the kitchen.
Your responsibilities will include preparing meals for sports teams, individual athletes, and guests, while ensuring the utmost standards of food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction are consistently upheld, adhering to established operating procedures and recipe guidelines. Collaborating closely with the front-of-house staff, you will enhance the food and beverage service to guarantee a seamless guest experience and assist in managing inventory through effective stock rotation and placing food orders as necessary.
We seek a candidate who is passionate about culinary arts and possesses prior experience in a bustling kitchen environment. Strong communication skills are essential, enabling effective interaction with both team members and guests. You should be capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen atmosphere. Good judgment and problem-solving abilities are crucial. A Level 2 food hygiene certification is preferred.
