About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Executive to join our team at Dove & Hawk. As a Lettings Executive, you will be responsible for winning instructions and closing deals, ensuring office targets and KPIs are met and exceeded, and maintaining service levels and positive reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the lettings department, including managing CRM data and reporting systems.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services to clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record of increasing market share and driving business growth.
  • Skills: Proficient IT skills and regular social media user.
  • Qualifications: Industry-recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP, and ARLA are advantageous but not essential.
  • License: Full UK driving license.

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £20,000-£25,000 basic, with an OTE of £50,000.

Working Hours:

The role will require working Monday-Friday, 8.45 am-6.00 pm, and every other Saturday, 9.45 am-4.00 pm.
