- We are now looking for a Sales & Lettings Co-ordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 40 hours per week, across five days from Monday to Saturday.
- So, who are we looking for?
- A highly organised individual with proficiency in IT and the ability to grasp MS packages as well as a range of internal systems.
- Thriving in a fast-paced and fluid environment, you’ll be able to remain flexible as our business and customer needs change.
- You’ll have excellent English written and verbal communication skills with accurate spelling and grammar to enable you to build rapport with our clients.- And what will you be doing?
- As a Sales & Lettings Co-ordinator, you will support our success by delivering exceptional customer service to tenants and property owners.
- Handling a range of first-line queries, you will escalate any problems, queries or complex issues to senior members of the team, whilst support the delivery of KPIs and branch targets.
- You’ll promptly respond to incoming sales and lettings queries, promoting our sales and lettings services to landlords and vendors and book appraisals.
- Providing a range of admin support, you will schedule appointments for team members, help to progress the sales and lettings process, ensure move-in processes are followed and aid the lettings portfolio with new listings and remarketing.
