We are currently looking for a Property Inspector & Lettings Coordinator to join our well established and experienced team in Mile End (East London). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their property career. No experience necessary
This hybrid role is a direct link between both the Lettings and Property Management departments. You will be responsible for conducting property inspections, reporting maintenance issues to landlord and instructing contractors to complete works, as well as registering applicants, dealing with enquiries and hosting viewings.
**Responsibilities**:
- Complete property inspections for our letting’s portfolio.
- Report maintenance issues to landlords and obtain quotes/ estimates for repairs.
- Raise works orders for contractors on maintenance jobs, and see through to completion.
- Deal with lettings enquiries received into the office and arrange property viewings.
- Meet with lettings applicants and assess their property requirements.
- Conduct property viewings and secure offers on rental properties.
**Requirements**:
We are looking for an organised individual with strong customer service skills. Communication is key to this role, as you will need to be confident in talking to both landlords and tenants in a professional manner, managing expectation and setting out clear goals in resolving any issues which may arise. Experience within the property industry would be beneficial but is not necessary.

We offer a highly competitive salary and this will be reviewed each year based on performance. The salary will be broken down into a basic salary as well as monthly performance bonus. Additionally, whilst at work, you will have full use of a company car to drive to appointments, so a clean driving licence is necessary.
