- We are now looking for a Lettings Consultant to join our team in Nottingham on a permanent basis for a job share arrangement, working 21 hours per week over three days.
- So, who are we looking for?
- An individual with experience in a similar sales or lettings related role, with proficiency in IT and the ability to grasp MS packages as well as a range of internal systems.
- Thriving in a fast-paced and fluid environment, you’ll be able to remain flexible as our business and customer needs change.
- You’ll also have excellent English written and verbal communication skills with accurate spelling and grammar to enable you to build rapport with our clients.
- Additionally, you’ll need a full, valid driving licence.
- And what will you be doing?
- As a Lettings Consultant, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service to our tenants and property owners across Nottingham and the surrounding area.
- You’ll ensure all admin is accurate and available for meetings, contracts and key collections, maintaining diaries, scheduling appointments and ensuring all systems are up to date.
- Responding promptly to sales and lettings queries, you’ll promote our services to help book appointments and viewings whilst supporting the delivery of KPIs and branch targets.
- Additionally, you will:
- Conduct property viewings
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and industry legislation
- Oversee the move-in process
