Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our Brewpub team in Horsham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

You will be passionate about great food, drinks, and high standards of service, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Our ideal candidate will be keen to learn and take advantage of all the development opportunities available at Brewhouse & Kitchen, while working in a fun and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking orders and serving food and drinks with a smile
  • Confidently recommending dishes and drinks, particularly our own-brewed B&K beers
  • Delivering a great experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Assisting with the setting-up and closing-down of the Brewpub
