We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Telecom Acquisitions Ltd. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and online chats from customers, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries and issues.
- Resolve billing and payment enquiries, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved in line with our SLA's.
- Update customers on the status of their orders and make any necessary changes to their accounts and products.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve more complex cases, ensuring that our KPI's and SLA's are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience, preferably in a telecoms or broadband environment.
- A calm and clear telephone manner, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen, empathise, understand, and explain complex information to customers.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to customers.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment, ideally in a telecoms or broadband company.
