Key responsibilities for the Director of Strategic Initiatives include strategic planning, resource mobilization, monitoring and evaluation, and project management. This involves supporting the CEO in securing funding from government grants, private foundations, corporate sponsors, volunteers, and individual donors to support strategic initiatives and organizational sustainability.

Additionally, the Director of Strategic Initiatives will collaborate with other senior leaders, stakeholders, and partners to ensure that goals, tasks, and initiatives align with the organization's policies and values. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement are critical in this role.

A Bachelor's degree or higher is required, with a minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated professional competencies in execution management, organizational performance, adaptable leadership, resource development, and collaboration.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be around $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, health insurance, flexible savings accounts, and an employer-paid life insurance policy.
