We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Pre-School Team Leader to join our team at Nurse Seekers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of qualified and experienced practitioners to deliver high-quality early years education and care to children aged 3-4 years old.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with young children, a proven track record of leadership and management, and excellent communication skills. They will work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the individual needs of each child are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of qualified and experienced practitioners
  • Deliver high-quality early years education and care
  • Plan and deliver effective teaching and learning programs
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to meet individual needs

We offer a very competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as in-house training and career progression opportunities.
