About This OpportunityWe are seeking a qualified Level 3 practitioner to join our dedicated team, bringing expertise in early childhood education and care. As a key member of our staff, you will contribute to creating a vibrant and engaging learning community, where every child feels valued and supported.
Duties- Plan and deliver interactive lessons, incorporating various subjects and activities to promote intellectual and social growth.
- Evaluate student progress, making informed decisions about instructional strategies and resources to meet individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and supportive approach to learning, responding to the unique requirements of our students and families.
The successful candidate can anticipate a remuneration package of £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer comprehensive training and opportunities for career progression within our organization.
