About the Opportunity

We are a primary school in Kenilworth looking for a dedicated Key Stage 2 teacher to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and inspiring children to reach their full potential.

  • Teaching Responsibilities: Delivering engaging lessons to students, ensuring they receive a well-rounded education that meets their individual needs.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Conducting live marking and assessments, providing constructive feedback to enhance student progress.
  • Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive and effective learning environment, encouraging student participation and promoting a love of learning.
  • Pupil Development: Supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth, setting achievable goals and celebrating their successes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working with colleagues to achieve optimal student outcomes, communicating effectively with parents to keep them informed.
Candidate Specifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of UK teaching experience.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and making a difference in children's lives.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
