Nursery Nurse

At Nurse Seekers, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Nurse or Qualified Teacher to join our high-quality, purpose-built Nursery located in Warwickshire.

This exceptional nursery provides a nurturing environment that is cherished by the families and colleagues connected to it. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care to young children, supporting their development and growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop engaging teaching and learning experiences tailored to individual child needs.
  2. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children at all times.
  3. Establish effective communication with colleagues and parents/carers for seamless collaboration and support.
  4. Assess and track children's developmental progress accurately.
  5. Work with 3- and 4-year-olds, requiring at least 5 years of experience, to create a positive and engaging pre-school year experience.
  6. Embody an open-minded and enthusiastic approach, embracing fun and learning in every situation, whether indoors or outdoors.
