Salary Information
The successful candidate can expect an annual salary of $55,000, along with annual salary reviews to reflect market rates and individual performance.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering EYFS curriculum and adapting it to suit different age groups
- Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to decision-making processes
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
