About the Role

This clinical pharmacy support position is responsible for performing medicines optimisation tasks, including checking inhaler techniques, supporting medication reviews, and conducting medicines reconciliation under appropriate clinical supervision.

You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to implement efficient ordering and return processes, reduce medicine wastage, and lead on the integration of Electronic Prescriptions and repeat prescribing systems.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will provide training and support for safe handling of medicines, including implementing the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS).
