We are seeking a highly skilled High Voltage Network Technician to join our Transmission Operations business in Inverness, Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and reliable transmission of electricity across the entire Scotland region.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  1. Conducting routine inspection, maintenance, and repair activities on our 132, 275, and 400kV Transmission overhead line networks.
  2. Working outdoors in varying weather conditions, with occasional requirements for emergency response and overnight stays.
  3. Maintaining accurate records and adhering to strict health and safety protocols.

To succeed in this role, we require:

  • A recognized industry qualification and extensive experience working at height on the electricity network.
  • A valid full UK driving license or willingness to obtain one upon application.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems and their geography, as well as current business operations and maintenance activities.
