Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Fitter to join our team at SSEN Transmission, a leading player in the energy industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-voltage transmission networks and contribute to achieving Net Zero.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and inspecting power systems, including switchgear and plant up to 400kV. Key responsibilities include defect repairs, construction works, and ensuring the safe and reliable supply of electricity. To excel in this role, you should have demonstrable experience working on electrical networks, a proven track record of working in HV with a transmission company, and versatility, self-motivation, and the ability to work away from base location on occasion.
