Training Workshops Manager

We are seeking an experienced Training Workshops Manager to join our team at The Challenging Behaviour Foundation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a programme of workshops that promote positive behaviour support for individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Co-design, co-develop, and co-deliver workshops with qualified practitioners and family carers to ensure high-quality, engaging, and accessible content.
- Oversee the delivery of workshops, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse audiences and generate income for the organisation.
- Promote and secure bookings for workshops, leveraging relationships with external stakeholders to drive programme growth.
- Experience in workshop design and delivery, with a focus on co-production and collaboration.
- Knowledge of issues affecting individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including family carers and professionals.
