ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate and creative Learning Producer to join our expanding London team. This role requires an individual who is not only energetic and innovative but also possesses strong relational skills and a strategic mindset. As a Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of learning projects, from initial client engagement to program design and delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in four essential areas: Learning Design, Account Management, Facilitation, and Sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitation

  1. Bring workshops to life through a blend of expertise, meticulous planning, and engaging personality.
  2. Embrace opportunities for travel to deliver impactful learning experiences, whether in team-building, skills enhancement, strategic planning, or leadership training.
  3. Empower participants in various competencies, including communication, coaching, and creativity, by leveraging best practices and adapting to diverse workshop topics.

Sales

  1. Establish new partnerships and drive project sales through consultative and relationship-focused selling techniques.
  2. Engage with leaders in learning and development to uncover their needs and motivations, transforming insights into innovative solutions.
  3. Utilize persuasive communication skills to influence and inspire stakeholders.

Learning Design

  1. Create engaging learning programs and sessions, including in-person workshops and virtual training, in collaboration with our teams.
  2. Develop content that aligns with client objectives and proven methodologies, ensuring it is both insightful and engaging.
  3. Work with our creative studio to produce high-quality materials, including videos, printed resources, and interactive tools.

Account Management

  1. Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and professionalism, adapting to various client needs.
  2. Lead projects from initial scoping through to delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and objectives.
  3. Oversee project outputs to guarantee quality and exceed client satisfaction through exceptional organizational skills.
