Nursing Team Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our ambulatory care team at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative setting, providing high-quality care to patients with chronic diseases.
As a Clinical Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting our nursing team in facilitating the ongoing care and management of patients. We are looking for candidates who have previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an ambulatory care or outpatient setting.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, be able to treat all information confidentially, and have the ability to work under pressure. They will also have a good general standard of education to GCSE standard or equivalent, including GCSE English or equivalent.
The salary for this role is approximately £23,100 - £26,611 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
