About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join our team at CPM United Kingdom Ltd. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the product expert for Samsung products and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to provide a memorable and positive experience
  • Ask questions and listen to fully understand customer needs and suggest appropriate Samsung products
  • Build relationships with retail partner colleagues to increase product knowledge and brand advocacy
  • Work alongside the in-store team to drive sales and advocacy for Samsung
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive and target-oriented with a desire to develop a career in sales
  • Curious and always seeking answers and solutions to problems
  • Tenacious and able to work in a fast-paced environment
