Job Title: Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team at CPM United Kingdom Ltd. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Samsung in our retail stores, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to drive sales and brand advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers, providing them with a memorable and positive experience.
  • Ask questions and listen to fully understand their needs and suggest appropriate Samsung products to meet these needs.
  • Build relationships with retail partner colleagues, increasing product knowledge and brand advocacy.
  • Work alongside the in-store team to drive sales and advocacy for Samsung.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and target-oriented, with a desire to develop a career in sales.
  • Curious and always seeking answers and solutions to problems.
