Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brand Ambassador to join our team at Samsung. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the product expert for Samsung products and will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing them with a memorable and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers to increase product knowledge and brand advocacy amongst retail partner colleagues.
  • Work alongside the in-store team to drive sales and advocacy for Samsung products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Samsung products and be able to suggest appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Proactively build relationships at all levels in store to increase product knowledge and brand advocacy.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
  • Tenacious and target-oriented with a desire to develop a career in sales.
