Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join our team at CPM. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the product expert for Samsung products and will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing them with a memorable and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • Build relationships with customers and colleagues to drive sales and advocacy for Samsung
  • Work collaboratively with the in-store team to achieve sales targets and promote Samsung products

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
