Join Our Team as a Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador for Samsung. As a key member of our in-store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting Samsung products to drive sales and advocacy.

About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the product expert for Samsung products, working closely with our retail partners to increase product knowledge and brand advocacy amongst their colleagues. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and suggesting appropriate Samsung products to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote Samsung products to drive sales and advocacy
  • Work closely with retail partners to increase product knowledge and brand advocacy amongst their colleagues
  • Engage with customers, understand their needs, and suggest appropriate Samsung products to meet those needs
  • Proactively build relationships at all levels in store to increase product knowledge and brand advocacy
