Casual Child Care Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Polaris Community team as a Casual Child Residential Support Worker.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent care and support to young people in a residential setting, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People or willingness to work towards it.
- Proven experience working with challenging young people (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive hourly rate: £12.50-£15.00 per hour (dependent on experience), with a sleep-in allowance of £36 per night.
