Job Title: Child Services Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced social worker to join our MASH team. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for incoming referrals, working collaboratively with partners to ensure effective support for children and families.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and other stakeholders. A Diploma or Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England are essential requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and threshold incoming referrals within tight deadlines.
  • Work closely with partners to provide effective support for children and families.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a children's services setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
  • £37,938 - £45,718 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Annual retention payment of £2,000.
  • Relocation package of up to £8,000.
