About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to join our Back Office team, focusing on our Cloud Platforms Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and delivery of our services, leveraging modern technologies to deliver an efficient, fit-for-purpose, and cost-effective service.

You will manage the overall delivery of our Back Office IT Cloud Platform services, ensuring robust service availability levels, performance, and process maturity. This includes working closely with key third-party providers and managing Cloud-based applications built on Azure, AWS, Service-Now, Google Cloud, and other native SaaS platforms.
