About the Role

Fruition IT is proud to be supporting the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in their search for a skilled Programme Manager to join their technology team.

The CQC plays a vital role in the UK's health and social care sector, ensuring that services provide high-quality care and promoting improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Programme team and provide visible leadership, line management, and matrix management as required.
  • Coach and mentor programme and project individuals to enable them to operate effectively within their remit.
  • Stay abreast of best practice and ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of the approach to programme and project management.
  • Work across business change and service improvement programmes at scale.
  • Apply Programme/Project Management methodologies (Prince2, Agile, etc.)
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Programme Management role.
  • Working knowledge of Programme/Project Management methodologies.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
