About the Role

Fruition IT is proud to be supporting the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in their search for a skilled Project Manager to join their technology team.

The CQC plays a vital role in the UK health and social care sector, ensuring that services provide high-quality care and promoting improvement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the project team and provide visible leadership, line management, and matrix management as required.
  • Develop and own the project budget, tracking delivery in line with the budget allocation.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and continuously evaluate and improve the project management approach.
  • Work on recovery planning to improve services externally and enhance internal credibility.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Project Management role.
  • Working across business change and service improvement projects at scale.
  • Project Management methodologies (Prince2, Agile, etc.).
