Theatre Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled practitioner to lead our theatre team, providing exceptional care to patients and contributing to the success of our organization.

This role involves supporting and teaching staff, communicating with the multidisciplinary team, and leading the unit alongside senior colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the theatre team.
  • Develop and implement care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues.
Requirements:Education and Qualifications:Essential:
  • RGN Level 1 or equivalent qualification.
  • Specific training in theatre/recovery/anaesthetics.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • Expanded clinical nursing skills.
Desirable:
  • BSc (in health-related subject) or willingness to pursue.
  • Certificate/diploma in orthopaedic or trauma nursing.
Experience:Essential:
  • Post-registration experience in relevant clinical field.
  • Multi-skilled competencies in operating department.
Language Skills:Desirable:
  • Welsh Speaker (Level 1).

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
