About the Position

We are seeking an E-commerce Team Manager to join our team in Llanelli, UK. As an E-commerce Team Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to increase revenue.

You will lead a team of staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets, source and merchandise products, and provide excellent customer service to build customer loyalty.

This is a 35-hour position that includes weekends on a rota basis.

Estimated Salary:£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase revenue
  2. Lead a team of staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets
  3. Sourcing and merchandising products to maximise income
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best deals
