We are seeking an experienced Bricklaying Trainer to join our client's team in Cambridge. As a Bricklaying Trainer, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring 30 apprentices in their bricklaying qualifications.

This is an excellent opportunity for a bricklayer looking to transition into a training role. With full training provided, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise while making a real difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training to apprentices in their T1, T2, and T3 bricklaying qualifications
  • Develop and implement effective training plans to ensure apprentice success
  • Provide guidance and support to apprentices in their professional development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in bricklaying
  • Level 3 qualification in bricklaying
  • GCSE Maths grade C or above
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum, plus benefits including 28% pension contribution, training opportunities, and a £6,000 bonus scheme.
