Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced bricklayer to join our institution's training team as a Bricklaying Skills Trainer. As a trainer, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of skilled craftsmen and women.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately £38,500 per annum, plus a 28% pension contribution. You will also receive comprehensive training and qualifications, as well as opportunities for progression and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding and mentoring apprentices through their bricklaying qualifications
  • Coaching and assessing apprentice performance
  • Managing your own daily activities and workload
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in bricklaying
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in bricklaying
  • A Grade C in GCSE Maths
