Job Summary
Maintain the delivery of high-quality medical education programs within Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. This involves providing advice and assistance with arrangements, ensuring effective communication, and supporting the Director of Medical Education.

About the Role
This role is an opportunity to contribute to the development of medical education within the trust. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a strong understanding of medical education principles. We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with external contributors: Provide advice and assistance with travel and accommodation arrangements, as well as reimbursement of fees.
  2. Communicate effectively: Ensure seamless communication with the Medical Education Team to facilitate program delivery.
  3. Support leadership: Collaborate with the Director of Medical Education and Core Psychiatry Training Programme leads to ensure successful program execution.
  4. Resource management: Ensure all resources and information are accessible through the CPFT Academy intranet site, maintaining its current state and adapting it to meet the needs of the service and audience.
  5. Record-keeping: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of education attendance and ensure accurate recording on OLM.
  6. Financial management: Track study leave funds, make payments where required, and collaborate with the finance lead to ensure financial probity.
  7. Project work: Undertake project work as needed, researching and producing information to support projects.
