Job Title: Master Bricklaying Instructor

Location: Cambridge, UK

Estimated Salary: £41,000 per annum + 28% pension + Training + Progression + Autonomy + £6,000 Bonus + 66 days holiday a year

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is perfect for an experienced bricklayer looking to transition into a training role. As a Master Bricklaying Instructor, you will be working with 30 apprentices in the Cambridge area who are undergoing their T1, T2, and T3 bricklaying qualifications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor these apprentices in the development of their bricklaying skills.
  • Assess and evaluate the progress of each apprentice to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support the needs of the apprentices.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in bricklaying (ideally Level 3 qualified).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with apprentices and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius of Cambridge.
