Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and interactive lectures to small groups of students, using your subject expertise to create a positive and productive learning environment;

Plan and prepare tailored teaching materials and resources to meet the needs of students;

Provide individualized feedback and guidance to students, helping them to develop their academic and personal skills;

">

Foster a sense of community among students, promoting collaboration and teamwork;

">

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that all aspects of the program run smoothly and effectively.

">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject and be working towards a research Masters, PhD or equivalent postgraduate qualification. You should also have experience of teaching or working with students in a related role.

">

You must be able to adapt to suit the prior knowledge and interests of different students and have a proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely. A right to work in the UK is also essential.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £41-£55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also receive training and support to help you succeed in this role.
