About the Job:
As a Children's Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and their families. Hampshire County Council is looking for an experienced professional to join its team and make a positive impact in the lives of these children.
In this role, you will assess the needs of children in care, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to determine the most suitable service provision. Your expertise will ensure that all care plans align with statutory and legal frameworks, promoting best value and improving outcomes for the children.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this role is £38 per hour. Additionally, you will have access to flexible working options, 9-day working fortnight, and 25 days of annual leave per annum.
