Home Care Specialist

Employment Type: Permanent, Full time - 42 hours
As a Home Care Specialist with Hartford Care Ltd, you will be responsible for providing high-quality individualised care and support to residents in their homes, promoting their privacy, dignity, and independence at all times.
About the Role:Your primary responsibility is to create a safe and supportive atmosphere for our residents. You will provide a wide range of physical, social, emotional, and psychological support tailored to each individual's needs.
We respect differences and recognize that our staff and residents will have different needs. As a Home Care Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team.
No Experience Required:We do not require prior experience in care. Instead, we will provide full training to ensure your success in this role. This means that if you are new to the care industry, we will support you every step of the way.
To be successful in this position, you must demonstrate a flexible, hard-working, and caring attitude. A desire to work as part of a dedicated team and a right to work in the UK are also essential.
