Job Title: Pre-Employment Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre-Employment Tutor to join our team at Aspire Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering Level 1 & 2 employability qualifications to unemployed job seekers across various sector-led programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging employability qualifications to support job seekers in achieving their career goals.
  • Work closely with programme leaders to ensure seamless delivery of qualifications and excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall quality of our services.

Requirements:

  • Passion for developing and motivating individuals to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with job seekers and programme leaders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and priorities.
