Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Pre-Employment Tutor who will work with unemployed job seekers in delivering Level 1 & 2 employability qualifications across a number of sector-led programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Support learners in completing their portfolios, ensuring they are well-prepared for final exams.
- Collaborate with colleagues to adapt content and resources to meet the needs of various sectors, including Care, Hospitality, Retail, Business Admin, Customer Services, Facilities, Construction, Health & Safety in the Construction Environment, and CSCS card.
- Conduct regular progress checks and provide constructive feedback to learners.
- Participate in audit and Ofsted inspection processes, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners, employers, and stakeholders to promote the success of the programme.
Requirements:
- Experience in delivering or working within the specified sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Ability to travel across Greater Manchester, with access to a vehicle.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
