About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Skills and Development Coach to join our team at First Intuition. As a Skills and Development Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting our apprentices to achieve their full potential and reach their highest level of performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with apprentices to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and develop personalized learning plans to support their growth and development.
  • Deliver high-quality training and coaching sessions to help apprentices develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of apprentices, providing regular feedback and guidance to help them stay on track.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that apprentices receive comprehensive support and guidance throughout their apprenticeship.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into your coaching and training sessions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a coaching or training role, with a strong track record of supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with apprentices and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook.
