Apprentice Employment Coach

Are you passionate about empowering individuals and creating positive social impact? As an Employment Advisor, you will play a transformational role in coaching and guiding participants toward sustainable employment. You will help participants unlock their potential and address complex challenges through career coaching, personal development, and support services.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with participants to identify barriers and create action plans for securing meaningful employment.
- Meet and exceed performance targets by continuously improving strategies and seeking input to deliver the best outcomes for participants and the community.
- Signpost participants to internal and external services addressing needs such as debt management, mental health, and career coaching.
- Ensure participants have well-crafted CVs, supporting statements, and cover letters to aid job searches.
- Prepare participants for interviews through mock interviews and assessment activities, helping them build confidence in their abilities.
- Maintain accurate electronic participant records reflecting the broad spectrum of support offered, from coaching to employment placement, within required timescales and standards.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge participants to achieve their fullest potential.
- Strong experience in delivering against and exceeding performance targets and engaging participants in personal growth and mindset transformation driving positive change.
- Exceptional communication skills to inspire and influence participants while addressing their diverse needs with flexibility, robustness, and creativity.
- Flexible and creative in solving complex challenges.
- High-level digital literacy.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage a varied caseload and deliver exceptional support while juggling multiple priorities.
