The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in logistics management, with a strong background in customer management, change management, and succession planning. They should also possess excellent IT literacy, finance skills, and project management expertise.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing logistics is required, along with a proven track record of delivering results in complex and ambiguous situations. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, able to lead and manage change while prioritizing customer requirements and operational performance.

This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations. The Distribution Centre Manager will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to formulate relationships and drive business outcomes.
