Are you an experienced Project Operations Manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Programme Management Team at the Manufacturing Technology Centre. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and manage project resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects within budget and scope.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to capture and understand their needs and expectations.
  3. Liaise with resource owners and team leaders to ensure effective use of resources and achieve project goals.
  4. Manage changes to project scope through a recognised change request process.
  5. Work closely with the Programme Director to ensure that all projects are delivered in line with BMS project management processes, tools, and techniques.
Person Specification:

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to motivate and direct others.
  • Numerate skills with a strong focus on financial management.
  • An organised and flexible approach with the ability to influence and deliver through others.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
