Job Summary:

You will be responsible for delivering district outputs in line with financial, regulatory, and business plan objectives while optimising various allowances ensuring network resilience is maintained and a robust asset strategy policy is delivered.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the regulatory environment, including relevant output and incentive mechanisms. Experience in project management and project delivery is essential, as well as general contract, commercial, and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities include managing competing priorities using sound engineering and financial judgement to determine optimal & prioritised solutions, leading the integration of Operational Excellence principles in all undertakings, and ensuring the accurate and timely capture and recording of data within corporate systems.

What you'll need:

  • Engineering/Professional qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in the delivery & project management of engineering projects, ideally including both planned & reactive works.
  • Experience & understanding of network design & operation, safety rules and operational policies & procedures.
