Banking Customer Experience Specialist

The Role
We are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Telephony Banking Associate and provide top-notch customer service.
This is a contract role initially, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position after the initial term.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and webchat.
- Become an ambassador for the brand and go above and beyond for customers.
- Support customers with vulnerabilities and provide tailored help.
Essential Skills:
- Superb communication and people skills.
- Previous experience in frontline customer-facing roles, ideally in banking.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and empathize with customers.
Compensation:
$78 per hour via Umbrella, with an estimated annual salary of $153,600 based on a 35 hour week and 52 weeks per year.
